I left twenty years
in TV news for this.
In 2001 I was a television journalist. Twenty years of telling other people's stories, staying composed under pressure, always knowing what to say.
Then during a breathwork session something unexpected happened. A question arrived — not from the facilitator, not from my mind — from somewhere much deeper. It asked me why I was making my life so hard.
I had been visiting Sedona every year since 1990. Something about this place kept calling me back. In 2011 I finally listened and moved here for good.
I became a certified clinical hypnotherapist, a Reiki master, a soul coach. I started sitting with people at the most pivotal moments of their lives — watching the same patterns surface again and again, no matter the person, no matter the story.
Patterns that ran so deep they felt like identity. Patterns that were never really theirs to carry.
That's what I do. I help people see the pattern. And then I help them break free from it.
Not by talking about it — but by actually shifting it, at the level where it lives.
